Haven’t seen this sight for a while- the Autumn colours of a maple just outside our caravan.
winter is on it’s way. Time to head north soon
This was taken on my birthday after lunch at Dolphin Quay. Unfortunately missed the dolphin that popped up to say Happy Birthday.
wandered around the arts festival markets today. Amazing talents. Resisted buying anything!!!!!!
Managed to get FEI TV so we were able to watch all the cross country at Badminton Horse Trials. It always brings back memories of Tim in 2000 when he competed there and came 24th winning the Glentrool trophy for most places advanced from dressage.

1 week on. Last Sunday we were supposed to be meeting Liz & Frank at Rockingham markets then lunch. So we decided to go this week. The idea had been to buy a picnic at the markets and then eat it on the seafront. We’d have gone hungry – no food at the markets! Rockingham beach
Found a place in Mandurah called Gilbert’s fresh food – goodbye Coles & Woollies. Locally produced everything – thought we’d try their Cornish Pastie – delicious – made by Gourmande Delights in Mandurah. Wouldn’t it be great if every town had a locally produced supermarket like this!!!!
Went to see Meryl Streep & Hugh Grant in the Florence Foster Jenkins movie. Such good actors a must to see.
Hi Liz and Ollie Sorry to hear your medical news glad all is going well since. Had golf today Picnic Day with visiting clubs. Nice day. Club Championships last 3 weeks and I had the dubious honour of coming last in A grade! Had a rest on Saturday and we painted a spare room instead ( over two days). Have a 70th to go to on Sat night. Aah … Happy travelling. I loved your monopoly analogy when you were negotiating the hospital.. True! Regards, Kaye J

We are so thankful we were so close to the Fiona Stanley, a brand new state of the art teaching hospital with a very talented Young consultant called Andrew Lui.He even made time to see Ollie again yesterday to reassure him all is well.picnic golf sounds like fun. We really enjoyed our time at PLGolf and will be back
