We have an ongoing comp about how many river or creek crossings we will do – somewhere between 30 & 70. We all chose a different number (well apart from 2 who chose the same number)image image through the Pentecost crossing. Onto El Questro our next campsite. On the way we took a 4K walk up Emma Gorge  image Didn’t test it!!!image image image image image Lovely walk and swim

Drive into El Questro for a delicious lunch. Then onto the Chamberlain Gorge for a cruise up the river.image image

What a wonderful synopsis of the first few days of our tour. Where on earth did you find the time to do this en route!!! Surely it wasn’t in the dark of night in your tent after ‘lights out’.

I just did jottings in my notebook. Then chose a few pics. Feel free to share with your friends & family if you want. We are at Fitzroy River Lodge – it’s a lovely spacious park on the banks of the river – with restaurant & bar!!! No cooking for 3 nights!!!
